Happy Birthday Camden

I can't believe that Camden is 6 already. There is always a lot of celebrating on her birthday! She wanted her ears pierced for her birthday, so we took her Wal-mart (the only place in town besides the tatoo parlor) and the lady scared her off. We bought the little piercing kit, brought her home and wala, she has pierced ears. She is loving school and is still awesome at anything that she tries or does.

Happy Halloween

Here are our sweet little goblins.
Dakota was Lucy (from Chronicles of Narnia) Camden was Juliet (I am sure brought on by the song from Taylor Swift) and Oakley was a little Bumblebee. They had a great Halloween. Oakley is still our little sweet tooth and loved trick-or-treating. It was a fun year

Halloween Party

We brought back our tradition of having a halloween party. It was a lot of fun and we had a lot of kids from school, church, and the neighborhood there. One thing for sure, it gets crazier the older that they get. It was fun to get to know some of the kids' friends better. We all had such a good time!

One year older and...hopefully wiser too!

Wow another year has come and gone. I thought that I would post my birthday since there are few pictures taken of me throughout the rest of the year. It was a crazy day, but my sweet family made it a lot of fun. Camden had soccer right after school, we got home from that and off to scouts I went. When I got home they had made dinner and gotten a party all set up. It was fun. Thank you for being such a great family and for making it another wonderful birthday! I love you!

Kota's first day of preschool

When we moved here we went right in and registered the girls for school. Unfortunately Kota was on a waiting list for preschool. She was 6th on the list so we had some hope. A couple of weeks before school started I called to check on the status and we were 2nd. bum deal. Kota had been wanting to go so bad. I decided that we would do a little preschool at home. We do it twice a week and have a lot of fun. Kota gets all excited to "pick out her outfit" just like Camden. When it is time, she goes out the door, I put on a name tag, she knocks on the door and we start at it. There are no other little kids in our preschool, but we have a lot of fun pretending like there are. I think that she likes it just fine. When preschool is over she goes out the front door, I go out the garage to meet her up front, and she runs up to me and gives me a hug. When we come back in she tells me all about her day and everything that she learned. We both have a great time. Even though it isn't an official preschool, making it more official at home is just as good. They say that she will probably get in sometime in the next month or so. I am actually glad that she is not in right now. Dropping Camden off everyday is hard enough for me. I don't know what I would do if I had to drop off two.
